All applications include full AutoCAD plans and elevations, ordnance survey plans, Design Access Statements and completion of all associated application forms. Liaison with the Local Authority Planning Department where required.

Project Design Consultancy have a very good working knowledge of the current Building Regulations and along with our associated Structural Engineers can provide first rate Full Building Regulation applications for extensions, loft conversions and large refurbishment projects. We also liaise with the local planning dept or building control on behalf of the client.
