I was recommended Project Design Consultancy from a friend who runs a property management company to undertake a condition survey of a house I was looking to buy. The service was sensibly priced, efficient with the survey carried out in a timely manner. The survey assisted me to negotiate  a better purchase price. I managed to save a further £3000 on one property and a further £1000 on another.

We found Project Design Consultancy to be very professional, efficient, flexible and friendly. They worked to the needs of the school and were very keen to ensure that the project delivered what we wanted and within the time frame we specified. Last year we required some refurbishment works to our nursery.  The decision to proceed was delayed due to the tight restraints on the school budget; however it was preferable for these works to be completed during the summer holidays.

Project Consultancy Design were approached and able to provide accurate drawings and specification for requirements.  They managed the tendering process on behalf of the school and project managed the works during the holiday. This supervision of the project was essential to ensure that the works were completed in time for the start of the term.

The service received ensured that the works were completed to a high specification and greatly reduced the workload of school staff.
