Constructed in the early 20th Century, Torpoint Nursery & Infant School was traditionally built using limestone, bricks and stone with decorative Victorian style roof eaves timbers, barge boards, bell towers and 2no cupola’s. Having not been maintained, repair and redecoration works were now overdue. Following a thorough site survey and inspection, we prepared a detailed works specification, highlighting the necessary repairs to various timber detailing as well as the rainwater goods and a complete redecoration. Despite the inclement weather the works were completed to a high standard within the timescale, restoring this classic school building back to its best.
