Project Design Consultancy were asked to help the school redesign and extend the front entrance reception and offices. Although the timescale and budget was tight, we were able to project manage the works from start to finish. We prepared all the proposed plans and elevations to the schools satisfaction and then put the works specification and tender documents together, sending them to several approved local contractors for pricing. We then supervised the works onsite to ensure the works were correctly undertaken and completed on time. The school was delighted with results when they returned to school after the summer holidays.
